Taking Tennis
To The People™

Lead your team to the National Championships!
Winning team from each division is eligible to participate in a National Qualifier for up to one year from the ending date of season. Sites include Long Beach CA, St. Louis MO, and Las Vegas NV
Play begins Week of July 19 and ends on September 3, 2004, at Central Oahu Regional Park Tennis Complex and Tripler Hospital Tennis Courts.

3.0 Level
   Tuesday nights at 7:00 pm
3.5 Level
   Thursday nights at 7:00 pm
4.0 Level
   Wednesday nights at 7:00 pm
4.5 Level
   Tuesday nights at 7:00 pm
Seniors (50 yr old +, 3.5 and 4.0 Levels)
   Sunday mornings at 8:00 am

Form a team or sign up to be placed on one!
Format: One set each of men's and women's singles and doubles, two sets of mixed doubles (total 6 matches). Minimum of two men and two women per team (18 years & older). Maximum ten players per team.

Cost: $24 per player ($20 Foundation members)
