Foundation Supports Philippine Tennis

New Foundation volunteer David Frakt has vigorously jumped into Hawaii Pacific tennis. A JAG officer and a 5.0 player, Frakt contacted the Foundation a few weeks ago to volunteer as needed. David also mentioned his earlier service at Clark Air Force Base in the Philippines and noted that the local tennis group there was indeed poor and in need of tennis equipment.

On his own Frakt put together a care package consisting of rackets, balls, net straps, over grips and ball hoppers. The Foundation supplemented his in kind grant with an additional 12 rackets to benefit deserving needy Filipino youth.

David Frakt serves as an example of true volunteer spirit and action. The Foundation appreciates his genuine altruistic motivation and initiative.
