Open and Class Doubles Tennis Tournament

Saturday, September 25 and Sunday September 26, 2004

at Central Oahu Regional Park Tennis Complex
94-801 Kamehameha Highway, Waipahu

Events: Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, Mixed Doubles

Divisions: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 and Open (6.0, 7.0 , 8.0 & 9.0)

Entry forms available at Central Oahu Regional Park Tennis Complex or can be downloaded. You may also e-mail information requested on entry forms to dav@hawaiitennis.org.

Entry fee: $30 per doubles team
      Foundation Members: $20 per team if both players are members.

Registration Deadline: Wednesday 9/20/04

Draw posted Thursday, 9/23/04 at Central Oahu Regional Park Tennis Complex and www.hawaiitennis.org.

Foundation to provide awards, balls and beverages. Players to provide potluck food.

Play may be canceled and entry fees refunded if division entries do not meet minimum.
