FORT SHAFTER TENNIS COMPLEX
Wednesday - 5:00pm - 6:00 pm

SCHOFIELD TENNIS CENTER
Mondays - 7:00 - 8:00 pm
Thursdays - 6:30 - 7:30 pm

TRIPLER TENNIS CENTER
Tuesdays - 6:00 - 7:00 pm

Cardio Tennis is first and foremost a great fitness activity! People of all abilities can participate in Cardio Tennis at the same time! It is a great way to meet people and have fuin while working out!

Cardio Tennis pushes your fitness to a new level with a high energy workout! It's a fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate high energy workout.

Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. If you want to find a healthy, new way to get in shape and to burn calories...try Cardio Tennis!

A typical Cardio Tennis program includes a short dynamic warm-up, a cardio workout, and a cool down phase. Most of the "workout phase" will include fast-paced drills that will keep players moving and challenged...all while having fun!

The major benefits of Cardio Tennis are:

You get short cycles of high intensity workout and periods of rest, almost like inteval traing.
