Tennis Tournament

Saturday & Sunday, April 17-18, 2004
at Central Oahu Regional Park Tennis Complex

Events: Singles and Doubles

Divisions: Men's, and Women's Open
        Men's 35, 45, 50, and 55 age groups

Entry forms available at Central Oahu Regional Park Tennis Complex or can be downloaded.

Entry fee: $20 per singles event, $30 per doubles team
      Foundation Members: $15 per singles, $20 per team if both players are members.

Registration Deadline: Wednesday, 4/14/04

Draw posted: Friday, 4/16/04 at Central Oahu Regional Park Tennis Complex and www.hawaiitennis.org

Foundation to provide awards, balls and beverages. Players to provide potluck food.

Play may be cancelled and entry fees refunded if division entries do not meet minimum.
