Submit Buy/Sell Ads For Posting

We welcome you to submit ads of 100 words or less for posting.

COST: $5.00 for a minimum of one month or you ask us to take down your ad. There is an additional $2.50 to place a picture in the ad. We will not post any ads until we receive payment. Payment may be made at the CORP Tennis Complex, or by credit card or via snail mail to Hawaii Pacific Tennis Foundation, CORP Tennis Complex, 94-801 Kamehameha Hwy, Waipahu HI 96797. Minimum charges for credit card is US$10.00.

We do not publish ads that are primarily promotional in nature. Ads submitted should be from private-parties not businesses.

Your submission must include your legal name, Email Address, Phone Number for our contact purposes. The ad should include a way for our readers to contact you to purchase or advise you that they have what you are looking for. E-mail the ad to dav@hawaiitennis.org or drop it off with your payment to our office at CORP Tennis Complex.

If submitting a picture, pictures should be 200 pixels by 200 pixels or smaller, no larger than 10kbs. Pictures submitted should either be a .jpg or .gif. We can scan in a picture for you, but we reserve the right to crop and adjust the resolution consultation.

Please do not submit material that:

  • contains vulgar, profane, abusive, racist or hateful language or expressions, epithets or slurs, text, photographs or illustrations in poor taste, inflammatory attacks of a personal, racial or religious nature.
  • is defamatory, threatening, disparaging, grossly inflammatory, false, misleading, fraudulent, inaccurate, unfair, contains gross exaggeration or unsubstantiated claims, violates the privacy rights of any third party, is unreasonably harmful or offensive to any individual or community.
  • violates any right of The Foundation or any third party.
  • discriminates on the grounds of race, religion, national origin, gender, age, marital status, sexual orientation or disability, or refers to such matters in any manner prohibited by law.
    violates or inappropriately encourages the violation of any municipal, state, federal or international law, rule, regulation or ordinance.
  • unfairly interferes with any third party’s uninterrupted use of hawaiitennis.org.
  • contains copyrighted or other proprietary material of any kind on hawaiitennis.org without the express permission of the owner of that material.
  • uses or attempt to use another's account, password, service or system except as expressly permitted by the Terms of Service.
  • uploads or transmits viruses or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files.
  • disrupts, interferes with, or otherwise harms or violates the security of The Foundation's website, or any services, system resources, accounts, passwords, servers or networks connected to or accessible through hawaiitennis.org or affiliated or linked sites.
  • "flames" any individual or entity (e.g., sends repeated messages related to another user and/or makes derogatory or offensive comments about another individual), or repeats prior posting of the same message under multiple threads or subjects.

We reserve the right to be selective in what we post. We also reserve the right to remove any content posted on our site at any time for any reason. Ads that are removed for not complying with any of the above rules are not subject to refunds.
